• Changed as Wizz decided to drop Vienna route altogether from end March 2026. Thanks Wizz!

Maybe not the most scintillating section, but nevertheless important (certainly, to my bank manager…) Tour costs (per person):

£925 per person (inc flights) or £650 per person (excl flights). Single supplement is £330 per person.

This includes return flights to Vienna (£925 option), bed & breakfast for 6 nights, airport transfers (group flights), three concerts, rehearsals, some group dinners, a wrap party and all professional & venue costs.

As always, we are 100% open to a conversation with any singer for whom this is a real struggle. ‘No singer left behind…’

Payment 1 (deposit) is £100/£100 per person - by end April

Payment 2 is £200/£200 per person - by end August

Payment 3 is £350/£350 per person - by December

Payment 4 is £275/£0 per person - by Easter (end March 2026)

Single supps can be added to any payment you wish.

This schedule is purely for those who’ve asked for one. Simpler (quicker!) balance payments are very welcome - just reference any payment with ‘Vienna’ so Tim can keep tally.

Airport to hotel transfers in Vienna will be provided (TBC) for group flyers.

Everyone gets a teeny weeny carry-on bag (40×25×20). In addition, couples get one 20kg and one 10kg check-in bag; singles get one 20kg check-in bag.

We will be staying at Austria Trend’s 4* Parkhotel Schönbrunn, former guest house of Emperor Franz Joseph 1st, built in 1787.

Check-in on Sunday 24 May and check-out on Saturday 30 May.

It is located in upmarket Heitzing (District 13) and we’ve chosen it mainly for its location. Steps away from Schönbrunn Palace & Park and just 3 mins walk from the U-Bahn U4 metro (city centre in 12 mins).

We get a nice bit of parkland, green space, jogging route, a zoo, a palace, a palm house, a smattering of cafés & restaurants, and still get into the centre of Vienna quickly.

Putting all that to one side, the rooms are ‘fine’, the bar is well stocked, and the breakfast is EPIC!

If you’d like extra days, I’ll happily collate a list, probably around Dec/Jan. If you’d like £ certainty, feel free to book independently.

Concerts confirmed for:

Capuchin Church (Kapuzinerkirche)

• An early 16C Catholic church & monastery near the Hofburg Palace. Next to the church is the imperial crypt, the final resting place of members of the House of Habsburg.

Charles Church (Karlskirche)

• This baroque beauty is just 10 mins walk from the city centre (but only 5 mins from nearest U-Bahn). Good light space and good acoustic too. Very popular concert venue.

St Peter’s Church (Peterskirche)

• An afternoon concert here on Friday. Lots of gold, lots of bling and right in the city-centre. It has three organs - but not yet clear whether Andrew will recognise them as such! Lovely helpful rector.

PASSPORTS

• The rules are quite, umm, simple. You need a passport with at least 3 months validity on it after your return to the UK.

• PLUS, it must be less than ten years old at the date of outbound travel. Good idea to check yours!

INSURANCE

• “So tell me punk. Do you feel lucky?” Our costs are committed - flights and hotels all contracted and non-refundable, so please do get travel insurance if you want to protect yourself.
